As Managing Partner at Stone Harbour Partners, Jeff brings a broad background in terms of functional vertical industry experience, operational, executive, and financial responsibilities. Jeff prides himself in being able to understand the goals and aspirations of entrepreneurs and knows how they define success. He has held the role of COO or CFO at four different companies, two public and two private. Jeff has been an integral component at two companies recognized as part of Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year program, and is on the Board of Directors for the Capital City Public Charter School. Jeff attended Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania.

Thomas McGowan
As Principal for Stone Harbour Partners, Tom has 20+ years of diversified experience in operations and in managerial and financial accounting, including five plus years of Public Accounting. His capabilities include financial and management reporting, working capital management, cash flow optimization, budgeting, forecasting and maintaining strong internal control systems. He currently provides these services in the capacity of Interim Controller for several Client Companies of Stone Harbour Partners. In addition, Tom provides analysis on private investment opportunities for the Firm including the study of the target's business model, market competition, financial statements, cash flows and valuation analysis. Quantitative analysis focuses on return on investment, profitability, liquidity, capital structure and solvency, and anticipated access to financial markets.

Sandra E. Oboh
Ms. Oboh is an accomplished Marketer with industry experience in Corporate Fashion, Sales and Public Relations. She is an expert in Business and Social Media Marketing. As Marketing Coordinator at Stone Harbour Partners, Sandra brings her savvy skills and industry experience as a vehicle to lead her team into future success. Sandra has a B.S in Business Administration from Wesley College.
